All full season and training-only registrations are completed online through Rugby Xplorer. The Rugby Xplorer app is available for download via the Apple Store or Google Play, or you can access it via a computer at http://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au.

Sunnybank Rugby Union Club is a registered activity provider under the Queensland Government’s Fair Play initiative.

Through the Queensland Government’s Fair Play initiative, parents, carers, or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration, or participation fees with registered activity providers. If you are successful in attaining a voucher, we have outlined the process below to support you through Sunnybank Rugby’s registration process.

Steps to follow:

• Apply for your FairPlay voucher online through QLD Gov website: www.qld.gov.au/fairplayvouchers

• Send the voucher to admin@sbru.com.au

• Discount code will be sent to you through email once the FairPlay voucher has been received by the Club.

• Login to your Rugby AU account to register via Rugby Xplorer

• On the second last page ("Registration Summary") of the registration process, click the "ADD CLUB DISCOUNT" link.

• Add discount code provided in email and this will reduce your final registration amount by $150.

• Pay the remaining balance using Credit Card or ZipPay options.

• Click FINISH

• If you have more than one child, repeat for each registration

The newsletter provides information about training, game days, events, membership, and other Club rugby-related topics. Additionally, players will gain access to exclusive events such as the Junior or Senior end-of-season presentation and awards nights. Membership also provides comprehensive support, including access to club facilities, regular training sessions, and the expertise of sports medicine professionals and club administrators. Yes, we offer a sibling discount of $50. This discount applies to multiple siblings (already linked) registering in the same registration flow. It will only be applied to SEASON PLAYER registration types for the SAME club. To redeem the sibling discount:

• Complete the online registration through Rugby Xplorer—update/fill in contact information, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and complete payment.

• Once complete, a ‘Registration Successful’ message will appear to confirm your registration.

• If registering another player, when prompted with ‘Would you like to add another registration?’, click ‘Next Player to be registered’ and follow the above steps. The discount will be added to the Registration Summary for the next player being registered.
