  • How do I register to play Rugby with Sunnybank Rugby?
    All Junior and Senior Rugby registrations are now completed online through Rugby Xplorer. Rugby Xplorer can be accessed on your computer via http://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au or by downloading the app on your smart phone. Download for Google Play. Download for Apple Store.
  • Do you accept Fairplay Vouchers?
    Yes, Sunnybank Rugby Union Club is a registered activity provider under the Queensland Government's Fair Play initiative. ​ Through the Queensland Government's Fair Play initiative, parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. If you are successful in attaining a voucher, we have outlined the process below to support you through Sunnybank Rugby's registration process. Steps to follow: Apply for your FairPlay voucher online through QLD Gov website: www.qld.gov.au/fairplayvouchers Send the voucher to admin@sunnybankrugby.com.au Discount code will be sent to you through email once FairPlay voucher has been received by the Club. Login to your Rugby AU account to register via Rugby Xplorer On the second last page ("Registration Summary") of the registration process, click "ADD CLUB DISCOUNT" link Add discount code provided in email and this will reduce your final registration amount by $150. Pay the remaining balance using Credit Card or ZipPay options. Click FINISH If you have more than one child, repeat for each registration
  • Do you send out Club information through email?
    Yes. Sunnybank Rugby sends out a weekly newsletter to all registered participants and members which provides information about training, game days, events, membership and other topics related to Club rugby. If you would like to receive our weekly newsletter, please contact admin@sunnybankrugby.com.au to be added to our mailing list.
  • What is included in the registration fee?

  • When do registrations open for 2023 season?
    2023 season registrations are now open for Junior and Senior Rugby programs. All registrations are completed online through Rugby Xplorer. For more information on our programs, check out our Junior and Senior Rugby pages on our website.
  • I'm having issues with my Rugby Xplorer account, what do I do?"
    Rugby Xplorer is the next generation of player registration and competition management run through Rugby Australia. https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/ For any account issues (including log in issues, changing details including date of birth), the Rugby Xplorer customer service team is available Monday–Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-3pm (Sydney local time).   • Do you offer sibling discounts?
    Yes, we offer sibling discounts ($50). This discount is offered for multiple siblings (already linked) registering in the same registration flow. The discount will only be applied to SEASON PLAYER registration types to the SAME club. In order to redeem the sibling discount: Complete online registration through Rugby Xplorer - update/fill in contact information, agree to Terms and Conditions, complete payment. Once complete, Registration Successful will pop up to confirm your registration. If registering another player, when asked 'Would you like to add another registration?', click Next Player to be registered and follow above steps. The discount will be added to the Registration Summary of the next player being registered. For any issues or queries about the sibling discount, please contact admin@sunnybankrugby.com.au
